Thank for visiting our website! Park Place Realty & Asset Management is a family owned and operated full service residential property management company, that specializes in managing single family homes, townhouses, duplexes and small apartment complexes in and around metro San Diego.

Park Place Realty & Asset Management started out when Monica Marquis and Earl Lewis bought Bower’s Property Management in 2002. Then three years later they bought RE/MAX Property Management Company. Moncia Marquis managed the Bower’s part and Marilyn Lewis Managed the RE/MAX portion.

In December of 2010 both Monica and Earl decided to take their business in different directions. Monica continued on as Coastal Properties Management & Realty. Earl and Marilyn continued on as Park Place Realty & Asset management.

Earl Lewis(Broker) entered the Real Estate market in 1987 after retiring as a Navy Officer with over 20 years of service. He received a MBA degree from the University of San Diego with emphasis in management.

We strive to continue the tradition of professional service to our owners and tenants.
